About the non-executive director talent pool
Participation in this initiative will provide you with the tools and learning to help you prepare for NHS non-executive roles and give you practical advice around the application process. Participation will also ensure you are more visible for potential roles as you will be proactively alerted to potential opportunities. Find out more about what it means to be in the talent pool below.
What it means to be in the NHS non-executive director talent pool
If accepted to join the NHS non-executive director talent pool, you will become part of a learning community with content and connections made available to assist in your own personal development. Registration and acceptance on to the initiative will mean you will also be kept up to date with current and potential NHS non-executive director opportunities. However, registration and acceptance on to the initiative does not guarantee a future NED role, nor does it replace the need to apply for individual roles.
